Over the last two years, we have paved over 90% of the roads within our town limits by leveraging dollars with the Community Crossings grant program that the State established in 2016. The Town of Whiteland has received a total of $1.69 million of state funding through this program. We have also been tirelessly collaborating with developers to grow our current divisions & to break ground on new ones. While all of these expansions continue to occur, we have also been expanding our police department & adding new parks for residents to enjoy in their free time.

Tax Increment Financing (TIF) incentives are available through the Whiteland Redevelopment Commission (RDC) for businesses looking to develop within a designated TIF area.
